If you haven't come across the countless reruns on TV, films about the trio, or callbacks throughout decades of Hollywood, well, the show was nothing fancy. ![]() By 1934, the Three Stooges (there ended up being six of them over their timeline) impressed Columbia Pictures so much that they were given their own show and went on to star in 200 shorts throughout the '30s, '40s, '50s, and '60s.
